2. You must read the Terms and Conditions before subscribing. To make a confirmed booking fill up the SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT form and fax it to +61 (0)2 8213 6186 or mail to P O Box 884, Liverpool, NSW 1871 , AUSTRALIA. Originals of the fax must be mailed to the same address.

3. If antenna, decoder etc are required, you will be contacted by our nominated antenna installer to schedule an appointment for installation.

4. There will be additional charges in case of:

• units over two levels,
• country areas,
• if a bigger dish of more than 85 cm is required in regional areas,
• if additional cabling is required due to the complexity of the building.

5. The first quarterly subscription payment must be paid one month in advance. Subsequent quarterly payments must be paid two weeks in advance.
